This is a legal agreement between sponsor seekers, sponsors and SpotPlaza as an on-line marketplace for sponsorship requests. Read this document carefully before signing up to register yourself and your sponsorship request. By clicking on the “Yes, I agree” button in the registration page, you are accepting the terms of this agreement. If you don not want to agree to these terms, do not click on the “Yes, I agree” button and disable your sponsorship request. You can receive a copy of this Agreement by contacting us by e-mail.
1. Registration and placing a sponsorship request
Sponsor seekers can register themselves and will get an e-mail as notification. The Sponsor seeker registering himself is responsible for correct and complete information about himself and the sponsorship ad(s). Spotplaza tries to provide correct, up to date and complete information. SpotPlaza cannot give any guarantees that the provided information is correct and/or complete.
2. Agreement with SpotPlaza
2.1 When registering on SpotPlaza the sponsor seeker closes an agreement with Spotplaza to place sponsorship requests (ads).
2.2 The standard ads are free of charge.
2.3 SpotPlaza can charge costs when the sponsor seeker selects extra features to make the ad stand out.
2.4 The prices for extra features are shown when filling in the sponsorship data to place the ad.
2.5 Payment is handled with Paypal and larger customers receive an invoice.
2.6 Invoices are to be paid within two weeks after receiving them.
2.7 If invoices are not paid in time, SpotPlaza reserves the right to remove the sponsorship ad and/or the registration of the sponsor seeker.
3. Changes en removing ads
3.1 Registered sponsor seekers in their own webforms on “My SpotPlaza” can change their name, address and other information.
3.2 SpotPlaza reserves the right to remove ads of sponsor seekers that are not in line with the law, common decency and the Terms of Use of SpotPlaza.
4. Agreement with Sponsor
SpotPlaza does not take part in the negotiation between sponsor seeker and potential sponsor nor in the possible agreement that those two parties reach.
5. Sponsorship
There is no guarantee that sponsorship will be acquired through SpotPlaza
6. Liability
SpotPlaza will not take any liability for the use of the information, nor for the damage (in any possible form), directly or indirectly related to this website.
7. Privacy and Security
SpotPlaza respects the privacy of every visitor. SpotPlaza also does everything in her ability to protect your privacy and the data that you provide to us.
8. Circumstances beyond control
SpotPlaza is not held to fulfilling one or more obligations if she is hindered in dosing so due to Circumstances beyond her control
9. Changes in the Terms of Use
SpotPlaza may at any time modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your use of this Website will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
